Shipping Policy

  • Processing time is currently 5-30 business days. This is the time it takes me to make your item and pack them. Then there is transit time to you once I ship. This can vary between 2-7 business days
  • You will received an email once your order has shipped with a tracking number
  • Shop Dark Maude and its owner are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during transit.

Returns Policy

  • Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us within 7 days for any damages or defective item. Email info@darkmaude.com.
  • Made to order items are final sale.
  • Customers will receive store credit for returned items.
  • Items will need to be sent back for any store credit to be issued.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping items back and any cost that ensues. Please contact us first so we can process the return and provide our mailing address.
  • Returned items should have no evidence of wear, stains or odor.

  • We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery to you.
  • You may exchange a product for a different size, not a different product.
